Foss Velo love building carbon road and gravel bikes but often found that builds were prohibitively expensive for many customers to commission. So we found a solution.

In recent years many big brand bike manufacturers (Orbea, Specialised, Cannondale, Trek…) have moved their operations to China and Taiwan, this has resulted in improved factory standards in the far east, especially for carbon components.

Foss Velo source their parts from the same factories and suppliers. The parts are then assembled by hand at the Foss Velo shop and road tested in the Yorkshire Moors. Bikes are built to order and start from £1100 (full carbon).
